It has this wonderful view of the pool and the bowls at Winter Gardens. You also have a view out to the sea in the background.
The apartment has free WIFI. In the living room, there is a TV with a range of popular English channels using the WIFI connection. It has a small library we are developing and a collection of tourist information leaflets etc.
It is from this room you gain access to the spacious balcony.
The bedrooms both have have fully fitted wardrobes, drawers and a dressing table.
They also have ceiling and upright fan and a hairdryer in both bedrooms. The double bedroom is nice and spacious with an ensuite bath/shower room. There is a safe available to use free of charge if needed.
The fitted kitchen has a full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, dishwasher. There is a small utility area off the kitchen which has a washing machine and an area for drying clothes.
The kitchen has a small supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and sweetener etc. As well as popular sauces and spices.
We leave a bottle of water and some milk for when you arrive.
The dining hall is in the center of the apartment and leads to all the other rooms.
There is an ensuite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, basin and toilet and a shower room with a basin and toilet with access from the hall.
Off the living room is a spacious terrace area with a view of the pool and in the distance you can see the sea.
Winter Gardens is situated a few minutes walk from the Golf Del sur Marina and some lovely sea-front restaurants. Within 100 yards of the complex are some quieter restaurants and a supermarket. The main shopping center, San Blas is a 10 minutes walk away. It has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. It also has a good supermarket and in the evening a few of the restaurants have live entertainment.
