Why Winter Gardens ?
Winter Gardens complex is very popular and comes highly recommended. It has great local facilities, is close to the sea, the marina, and numerous golf courses. There is usually sunshine here all year round.
The complex has ramps to enable wheelchairs and pushchairs access to all areas.
What is Winter Gardens ?
Winter Gardens is a residential complex located in the quiet area of Golf Del Sur in Tenerife.
Winter Gardens Tenerife is most popular for its floodlight international-sized bowling green. Many of our friends and family enjoy bowling here and return year after year.
Winter Gardens also has a heated pool, which can be viewed from our spacious balcony. The area is lit up at night and looks beautiful.
We have good local facilities a short walk away, including a market once a week, plenty of supermarkets, Golf Del Sur Marina and some lovely sea-front restaurants.
Within 100 yards of the complex are some restaurants and a few supermarkets.
Why wintergardens ?
Winter Gardens is a 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping centre, San Blas Square, where there are more bars, restaurants, shops, larger supermarkets, and nightly entertainment.
There is a nice restaurant on the complex, and the Bowls bar provides snacks and refreshments during the day.
Why Golf del Sur ?
Golf Del Sur is a fairly quiet part of Tenerife, but we still have good local facilities.
It has a shopping centre, numerous supermarkets, golf facilities, and around 30 to 40 places to eat.
There is a market once a week and plenty of supermarkets a short walk away. There are many local tasty restaurants to choose from at prices to suit everyone’s budget. Eating out is generally very reasonable and cheaper than eating out at home. We love the Mexican, the Thai / Japanese, several Chinese restaurants and Bistro 74.
